Working Experience

  1. Laboratory Marketing (2014-2016)
    • As a fresh graduate, one who supposed to work on a lab, but end up as a marketing, it was like entering the new classroom with no one could help with.
    • I generate revenue through B2C or regular segment that no one could even start in that branch before.
    • After all hard work, Pak CEO was trying to convince me for handling a new branch as a Branch Manager, as a young person, I definitely take it.
    • I don’t know at the moment, I used to work as marketing or sales, there’s no actual barrier to separate them.
  2. Technical Support Officer (2017-2018)
    • Once I work as a marketing (or sales), I realize that my knowledge as Laboratory Technician didn’t implied yet, so I decided to switch career to TSO.
    • Digging how the lab instrument working was so fascinating.
    • My life were full of discussion with principal abroad, with customer, hospital stake holder, doctors, etc.
    • The main responsible of being an application scientist was the ability to define the main problem, once you know the main problem, you could figure out how to solve them.
    • It was an honor to work and cooperate with all smart and clever laboratory technicians.
  3. eCommerce Business Owner (2017-2020)
    • In the middle of my duty to held discussion and presentation, I used to learn how internet business works at that time, so I choose to create mine.
    • It’s both drop-shipping and D2C business model.
    • That was so profitable until COVID spread and causing the pandemic, it’s over.
  4. Digital Marketing (2018-2022)
    • I put my ecommerce business as a side project, and looking for the real eCommerce startup out there, and of course it’s niche, laboratory supplies.
    • It’s crazy hard to generate any sales or even just leads since it is a B2B business model and again, it’s very narrow or segmented.
    • Eventually, I found a way to promote it with just 5% ads investment from total revenue.
  5. Digital Marketing Agency (2021-2022)
    • Once all of my friend know that I’m working in digital industry, they’re ask me to help their business, so this agency was built with just me.
  6. CEO (2022-present)
    • After my 5% achievement I mentioned before, my boss were trusting me to handling over this company.

Project Experience

  1. Digital Transformation
    • Implement Project Management (Trello, Bitrix24, ClickUp)
      • My Company and its sister were trying to track every business process digitally so we can follow up how the process going for one task until its done, so we implement project management.
      • We’re starting from Trello, and we need more advance app, so we decide to use Bitrix24.
      • Now we hove 5-6 pipelines that represent every workflow runs on our business.
      • Clickup are using for very simple process and short funnel.
    • Implement CRM
      • Once we realize that customer data stored in one server and could be so useful, we choose CRM as a tools.
      • So we know which funnel this customer at ; Bottom, Middle, or Top funnel.
      • We could easily identified which customer has the most opportunity, and high probability to close.
      • Using CRM is a breakthrough for us.
  2. Creating eCommerce website (from the scratch)
    • B2B eCommerce website
      • Due to the massive difference between B2C and B2B business model, so the website should fit its necessity.
      • We develop B2B website with several features that you can’t find in another regular eCommerce website, such as :
        • Request Quotation
        • Adding tax
        • Business payment verification
        • Bulk purchase
        • Tax statement request
        • etc
      • Now this website is generate thousands of visitor every month with 23% conversion ratio.
    • B2C eCommerce website
      • As I mentioned before, I create my own eCommerce business, so I definitely creating my own eCommerce website as well.
      • Let visitor checkout and let they choose their preferred payment method, with integrated shipping option.
  3. Creating Landing Page
    • Landing Page
      • Some of our customer (at my previous agency) asked for website, instead of complicated website, so I offer a very simple website with clear goal, with only 2-3 pages included.
      • In total I have created 7-8 websites through this agency.
      • Some landing page only for campaign purposed, and the rest were just their digital presence in the internet.
  4. Training Digital Marketing
    • Property Agency
      • I used to train people in property businesses to initiate their digital marketing campaign.
      • Some of them could generate lead for just Rp. 2K from Rp. 80K before.
      • Despite how good their digital marketing campaign were, offline or field sales that finally gave the shot. (it’s beyond my control, so I talked to their boss)
  5. Writing Endorse
    • Application
      • There is a company which read my post that ranked well on Google, so they contact me to creating article and put link directed to their app on Playstore.
        • It happen twice, Alhamdulillah.
